It is not very difficulty, but I suggest you do a little bit more thinking before you make this decision. If it is possible, come to visit canada for a short period of time to have some first hand information.
I, myself, think that it is good to have the undergraduate education in North America. I did my Undergrad in China, Grad in US, and doing Ph. D. in Canada. Anyways, if you don't have any financial problem, you should think about coming to Canada and find a very good university to further your education.
