求教老貓：老婆把今天剛到賬的工資又取走了

不但前麵取空的錢沒有退回，今天上午電子Deposit到賬上的工資，老婆從法庭一出來又去銀行劃走了。我打電話問律師，律師說是賬戶上有老婆的名字，她把所有的錢取走是沒有辦法的。我隻能另外開一個賬戶不要掛老婆的名字，以後的工資就存在那裏。不知道是不是就沒辦法了？

肯請老貓能否就此問題及以上問題一並解答一下。
