網上購物 唉 咋辦？？？

響應姐妹們號召在www.justdeal .com 買了個視頻（webcam）$44.95,等了七八天收到的確是舊的，發Email 要求退貨，他們說扣百分之十五。但可以Replace 。隻好花$5 寄回。根據Tracking 號查到，他們已收到（6月12號）。可他們說沒有，而且現在也不回Email 給我。我使用CITY 信用卡買的，信用卡方麵說已賠錢過去。有經驗的朋友多幫忙，在線等回答，先謝謝了！！！！！！！
