具體情況

我們剛買了個房子，因為以前一直住apartment ， 所以幾乎沒有任何家具。
看電視上direct buy宣稱買東西能用工廠直價，所以我們就去看了，到了就被高壓銷售，（time share的那種）。

會費是首付3年4500， 然後是每年159。
簽了後就有點後悔。應為當時實在太晚了，11：00pm， 我太太7個月懷孕， 稀裏糊塗的就簽了合同。

出來後到家就打電話給amx dispute了。
amx需要6－8周調查。

可是那個contract
寫：member understand this program is not sold on a trial basis and that no refund of membership fees will be makde. Member s do no t have to the right terminate this membership agreement without paying the amount of remaining for this membership.

如果我dispute charge back. 那他們會不會起訴我們？
