When the wife goes to hospital, the doctor will normally asks for the hu*****and's signature. The wife may keep this document for future inheritance claim.

If the wife go on Artificial Insemination without hu*****and's written agreement, the child has no rights of inheritance of the hu*****and.

Having a child should be a decision made by both sides. If the hu*****and does not agree to Artificial Insemination, the child is treated as child of the wife ONLY, with father as "UNKNOWN". The hu*****and has no responsible to even raise the child.
