Do not worry. let your insurance company handle it if you have full coverage. Call your insurance and give them the police report number and they will take care of this case for you. it is a "fender bender" case and I do not think the other person can claim any bodily injury. I have been doing this for a long time. once again, do not worry, let your insurance company handle it.
