HELP pls!"太太"現在和福建老頭一起,是外賣店老板娘

他們"同居"5年(不知二人婚姻狀態),今天電話找到了她,請求離婚.她卻害怕對我朋友承認是我"太太",否認認識"自己". 我確認是她,隻希望她可和我快正式離婚,照今天她否認自己的態度,我不知道她會不會接受我的申請,我已等她6年,最近真相大白後,直想快快結束.

我已應我的好朋友,他們願意幫我交涉離婚,我也保證不會去和他們有任何聯係,或是任何接觸,以避免不必要的言語衝突.

但我似乎看不到前景,如國朋友的調停失敗,我或不得已用一些法律保護自己.

請問法律高手,不得已時,我的勝訴幾率?
married in china,no child, no property,I can prove we separated for 6 yrs(she used to be F-2, don't know her current visa status or marriage status),
3 yrs ago, she ever send me e-mail from a stranger's account to tell me we could divorce in china, then never reply or contact me for divorce. So in our 7's marriage, she just told me one time in e-mail: we could divorce, then never showed up.
