急急急：坐火車沒買票被抓，要上庭，是否影響綠卡申請？！

我剛到加州，不知道坐Caltrain要上車前買票。結果，列車員檢票時給了我一張上庭的發單，要做citation。請問這種情況會否留下不良記錄，影響綠卡申請？我上庭有沒有解釋的機會？ 萬分感謝！
