請教關於賣車的問題

我們有一輛94年的HONDA ACCORD,大半年沒開了, 一直停在DRIVE WAY 上, 上周有一個墨西哥人要買, CASH $1400, 就給他了, 填了TITLE 的背麵, 我們兩人都簽了字, 後來我填好了SALES FORM, 要他來取, 他說在CONSTRUCTION 工作, 白天很難來, 這已經好幾天了. 沒有這個SALES　ＦＯＲＭ，　他不可以轉ＴＩＴＬＥ，　我擔心他就打算這麽開了，請問我現在應該ＣＡＮＣＥＬ　ＩＮＳＵＲＡＮＣＥ嗎？　怎麽才能避免承擔他開車出問題的ＬＩＡＢＩＬＩＴＹ？　我在ＴＸ，　謝謝．
