no offensiveness. I suggest you see a good psychiatrist again just for you own's health before you decide to bring this case to court. At least ,this time, maybe you can get a paper proof from a professional viewpoint even a witness for your stake in case that you need it later on court.
But, the law issue will cost lots of your time and energy. Just think about it twice before you take the action.
Good Luck. You need a talk. Not to your HR office in company, not to your colleague, even not to a lawer right now but just with a good psychiatrist and maybe you can get some suggestion from him. You are his customer and he sould take care of you including show the evidence on court for you later if you need it.
