Most employer can fire you immediately if they found "conflic of interest", and they may consider they are your ONLY employer, which means you cannot have 2nd job, also all your inventions, research results are belong to the company during your employment. Having your own company with same busines as your current employer is definitly considered as "conflic of interest". Not only you will be fired, they can also claim your copy right, because the invention is invented during your employment with them.
