Did she accept your offer? Accept means she signed the contract that she will sell it you. Even is she did, she has a few days (state on contract) to back out, no reason need.
If she accepted the offer and has passed the number of days, then she must sell it to you; just talk to your lawyer (your own real estate agent should fight for you).
If she is back out within the allowed period, then your only option is to satisfy her if you really love that land.
