緊急詢問，第一次買房，3月份看上了一個新房

ask price 83萬，我和我老公隻還價了2萬，而且是沒有請buyer agent，不知道可以
跟那seller agent 拿 discount.我們剛剛簽了contract，由於是新房，賣方以拿走
了10%的現金，現在我和我老公都覺得價高了,市場很弱，可以拿到更好的房子，如
果想cancell contract的話，有什麽好的方法和借口嗎，比如lost job什麽的。by
the way, we are in NYC. Thanks a lot.
