Thanks for your professional insight.

I tend to believe that these people
are hired by some secrete government agencies.
Their purpose does not seem to investigate,
but to harass. Perhaps by keeping on some
targets for 24 hours each day
and claiming that these targest are terrorists,
these agencies might get bigger and bigger funding each year. This is serious abuse and a crime.
