Do you know about New York? It looks like you were on west 42nd street (because East 42nd street is from east river upto 6th Ave!). So "42 West" really means "west 42nd street" There is no "south 11" street. There is only only "11th Ave".

My friend, wrong is wrong! Do not try to find any excuse. Thanks.
