speed? that's something I am not sure. I want to argue with that point.

That happened at a quiet residential area. Usually only people who live there go by that street. The cop was trying his luck there. He won't see a car in 5 or 10 minutes most of the time. I was unlucky, just get out of my house and pass the first stop sign.
