IN most of the cases, the police office will stop the 1st car (fastest) or the last one (but still speeding) in a group of vehicles.
Be smart and always keep at least one in front of you and one behind you.
They will not stop you/cannot stop you since it will cause confusion and potentially accidents to chase a car in between.
That is why you should know what "Follow the traffic" means. If everybody is driving faster than you do, then you are a potential threat to everyone's safety because they have to change lanes and pass you.
Besides paying fines, I do not think there is anything more you could do.
Just be careful and smart next time.
