You have to resolve this asap. Otherwise, let's say if they were injured by an artifical activity such as they accidentally fell into a snake pit that you maintain in your backyard and got hurt by the snakes, you will be liable for damage. Normally you don't owe a duty to a trepasser but once he is discovered, like your case, you have a duty to warn him of any artificial danger on the land.
