What do you mean by that? "一般的醫生辦公室" as opposed to hospital emergency room? In that case, the one we went to was indeed a "一般的醫生辦公室" - just a clinic of a few pediatricians, not a full-service hospital.

Anyway, I am asking the clinic management to give me a explanation for their charge.
