請問在我不同意的情況下，我的律師簽字的協議是否有效？

我的律師告訴我，他有權利在我不同意的情況下，答應對方的條件，如果他簽了字，條約就生效了，我簽不簽字都無所謂，請問是這樣嗎？謝謝！！
