Well. FDA will not crack down individual buyers. However, FDA warned that those online pharmacy may not able to provide the safety and efficacy as that of US pharmacy. You may risk the following: 1. the drug is fake totally without any active ingredient in it. 2. The active ingredient maybe below or hgiher than the prescribed amount which may put your mother in unnecessary risk.3. The drug maybe not manufactureed with appropriate quality control and quality assurance. 4. The drug may contain some ingrdient that your mother allergitic to.

Practically, if the drug is made by a manufacturer in Canada which supposely is supervised by Healther Canada. The quality would be comparable to that of USA's. But with online pharmacy, some of them source the drug from Indian, China and south America, etc. It may not be safe. My reconmandation to you is tofind a friend in Canada, ask this friend to buy it with your mother's preion at a crediable local store. The drug price in Canada is lower than that of US anyway. You would get quality drug with lower cost. May not that low as the online's though. Good luck.
