上個月從公寓搬走, 因為太匆忙, 沒有仔細打掃, 今天收到公寓的信,除了把押金都扣除, 還要我倒付$900, 說浴缸有裂痕, 牆有洞(明顯是耍賴). 我已搬到200邁外的地方,又很忙, 沒有工夫去交涉.下麵是信:
Dear resident:
Please be advised that your security deposit has been applied toward all monies owned XXX companies leaving a BALANCE DUE(see attached worksheet). In order to protect your credit rating; please pay the balance in full. Any questions regarding the balance should be directed to your former Leasing Office Manager within thirty days of this notice.
我是否可以不理, 押金就不要了. 如果我不理. 他們怎麽能影響我的credit rating? 難道他們可以自說自話去report 我欠錢? 又沒有法庭判, 怎麽可能他們說我欠就欠.
兄弟姐妹給點idea.
