but that wont reduce the tax by much. He made about 76k last year and I made about 94k last year. The business made about 25k-30k last year. Any other options? I registered the company in VA under his name, and then get a EIN with federal in 04. and in 05, we filed a name change with the State and sent a copy of the name change confirmation from VA to federal. Any help is appreciated!
