The house has been in the 10-year structure limited warranty. We feel concerned since we are the 2nd owner, and we do not have the signed warranty with the contractor.

So what do you think we should do to get the warranty from the contractor?

Another thing, since we just bought the house one month ago, is it possible for us to claim from the seller?
