First name，一個詞？兩個詞？護照/駕照對不上，如何辦？

我的名字是王大衛（為舉例借“王大衛”的名字一用），護照上的拚音是Wang Dawei，所以我的SSN卡上也是寫的Dawei Wang，First Name是一個單詞，當我申請駕照時，在first name我填了DAWEI，DMV工作人員翻到簽證頁，簽證上是 DA WEI(美國駐廣州總領館簽的)，所以她錄入了DA WEI,first name成了兩個單詞，我的駕照上的名字就成了DA WEI WANG。在拿到駕照前，要用ID是我出示的都是護照，後來就隻帶駕照了。老外總把WEI當成是middle name,不寫。

現在倒好，信用卡等是DAWEI WANG，保險單等是DA WANG,不知道將來會出什麽麻煩。想乘現在剛來不久(半年)，把駕照上的名字改了。想大家給點意見

1. 保持這樣兩個名會有怎樣的問題（如申請綠卡、保險賠償）？有人遇到過嗎？
2. 改駕照的名字該怎麽辦？（CA DMV網站說改名要出示以下文件之一，好像都不適用於我）：
- Adoption documents that contain the legal name as a result of the adoption.
- A name change document that contains the legal name both before and after the name change.
- Marriage certificate (issued from a local or state Office of Vital Statistics).
- Dissolution of marriage document that contains the legal name as a result of the court action.
