請教case被expunged以後的問題

本人幾年前曾被法院判misdemeanor，三年probation後，向法院申請expunge，被批準。
現在本人想申請H1簽證和綠卡，在填表時，有一欄問本人是非曾經被抓或被判刑，不知case被dismissed後，在這裏是說yes or no?

case被expunged後，到底有什麽好處？
