I have one question for you guys.
Right now, I live in an apartment in Houston, TX. The conditions becomes much worse. My neighbor who came from Mexico always play music after 10:00 pm and the hot water for bath is getting more and more less. It usually takes about five minutes to get enough hot water for my baby daughter's bath, she is only 2 years and 3 months. There were two times that my hu*****and wanted to take a shower and there was no hot water at all.
My lease is due on 5/31/2006. I want to move out now.
Would you please tell me under what kind of conditions so I can break the lease with no penalty ?
