Other than the question mark in your tital, the answer to the first question mark is YES.

The answers to your second question mark are:

1) You can have deductions --- Chose from Standard Deduction or Itemized Deduction;

2) You can file jointly with your spouse;

3) You can claim dependents if you have any.
