I think he is at the very begining of the green card process. The company he works for just posted the ADs and start screening resumes one month ago.

I don't know what this I360 form you are talking about? Is it a divorce form or a green card form?

Anyway, I tell myself I cannot count on this man any more. I will be strong, I will find a full time job and I will file for green card myself.

Or, I can return back to China with my son. Can I?-Since he is a US citizen. My hu*****and used to said, don't you dare to take the baby back to China! I will use all means to get him back!
