回複：health condition after car accident -- Please help

Today my insurance company sent a registered nurse to my home to check my passenger. After checking the the records from hospital(we sent the passenger to emergency twice, there is x-ray exam on chest the second time), the nurse said my passenger's illness is not related to the accident. She said that accident can not cause pneumonia and the insurance might not pay for the second visit of emergency. I will go to get a police report tomorrow. The police told me the accident was the other car's fault and it is not against the law that the back seat passenger does not wear seat belt.
My passenger insists that she was perfectly fine before the accident and now is ill. Somebody at least should be responsible for the medical bill. It is hard to find a lawyer to help me because they think the case is not a big deal. You are the only resource I can find to get help before I can get legal support. Please continue to help.
I will do following things tomorrow:
1 go to get a police report to find out the other car's insurance contact
2 contact the other car's insurance company.
3 continue to call law offices to find some who can help me.

What else should I do?
