This is Shoplift, 雖然罪名很輕,但在移民法上屬於moral turpitude道德品質不良,如果一旦定罪,申請綠卡是很成問題了,
出去後是基本上不能再進美國的.這也是我建議她一定要找律師,爭取和walmart及檢查官達成協議弄個無罪的結果,千萬不要被定罪也不要傻呼呼地承認!
