美國的聯邦稅欠款超過多少要付罰金?

請教一個問題: 美國的聯邦稅在申報時,如果owe的數目大於一定,要付罰金.我記的好象是$800.00,在一月15前
如先付一些,可免罰金.不知我記的數目對不對?
