It's hard to predict the legal consequences of the scheme in your mind due to too many uncertainties and undisclosed issues btw you guys. All moral concerns aside, one relevant torts rule is that no libel or scandal if you tell the truth. But this is an affirmative defense which means you have the burden to prove what you say is the truth of facts.
