at least you can go to the bank and make the two clerks sign on the paper : it is true that they told you it is safe and you won't have consequence. And take the signature to the court house file a small claim and get the bank people to court. They will at lease pay part of it back to you. If they are shamless enough to refuse to sign, you won't get your money but you can call they pigs and spit into their faces and leave. There will be nothing they can do about you.
