賠款 - 30% 律師費 - 打交道的費用(FILING FEE，電話費，紙費等) - 退還醫療費 (律師要幫助盡量減低) = 歸我。

My health insurance has paid for the bill, but they are asking for reimbursment if I got any from responsible party. Part of the deal is that the lawyer should negotiate for a lower amount depends on his skill. But I can only know in the end.
