Nobody say USINS will reject all pregnant women to enter the country,under the Immigration & Nationality Act, some nonimmigration visas' holders are allowed to have immigration intending , as A,G , H, L ,NATO, P, Q, I, R....visas' holders,AP holders, even refugees & asylum seekers....USINS need to analyse case by case,but right here ,the woman hold B visa,the kind of visa isn't allowed any immigration intending,nobody dare to guarantee that USINS will let she enter USA without any trouble,why don't let she enter USA earlier to aviod the potential trouble?
