你們不是夫婦, 不會牽連你,隻要你能證明你沒有參與,他也沒有告訴過你,正常情況下你沒有理由會知道他的交易行為就可以了. You will be fine as long as you can prove that 1. you have no actual knowledge, and 2. A reasonable person in your position would not have known, i.e. you have no constructive knowledge either.
