A guy from Progressive just did an estimate and it was just about $200 above my deductible. I will go to a different shop for another estimate and then try to collect my money from the woman (I was told that she could either pay it out of her own pocket or by her home owner insurance. Otherwise a small claim court is necessary).

This accident was totally out of the blue. I just hope it can be resolved soon.
