求救 ：欠稅及綠卡申請

我本人現在是J1簽證，已豁免，本來不用交稅，但為了以後方便，還是報了稅表，但州稅務局處理過程中除了一點問題，要我交稅全還要交罰金，為了不出問 題，我交了，但又填表全額退稅（按道理應該沒問題），現正在處理中。我不久就要申請綠卡，由於有欠稅記錄，這種情況移民局審批會不會有問題，現焦急萬分，請各位經曆過的朋友多指點，衷心感謝各位。
