請教stp

I am holding H1B visa and 485 pending right now. My six years old son holds an AP and goes back to China. He stayed in US for less than 6 monthes in 2005, could I claim him as my dependent for 2005 tax return? Could I apply an ITIN for him? Thanks in advance!

前幾天我問過這個問題，你的回答是孩子不能算我的dependant. 但可為他申請ITIN. W7是和稅表一起寄出的，如果不算我的dependant,如何能申請ITIN, 請指教。

孩子持AP回國，是有否不同？
