2. possible damages you may sue for:
(1) medical expenses;
(2) lost wage
(3) transportation expense
(4) telephone fee
(5) emotional distree (b/c (a)you are injured kid's parent, (b)you are at the scene, (c)there is physical injury.) but court may allow it when injury is not very serious.

above are not exclusive.
