非常感謝你的答複。當時由於朋友駕船挺快，根本沒看路標，以至於擱淺不能行進，他試圖將船退回，就猛轟發動機，我讓他關掉發動機向船主求救，他根本不聽。才造成發動機損壞。現在賠償金額很大，而且在同意付款簽字(我當時不同意付)後，現在又打電話給信用卡公司拒付。請問，如果船主告他上法庭，我有責任嗎？或我現在應該怎樣做？
