Need some help about unemployment insurance benefits claim

I worked for a staffing company for six mon (it is a six mon contract job), as there is no more job for me, then, after a mon ,I moved to Texa with my family, before that I did ask for new assignment, which they told me, no.
But during the lunch time, I chatted with the agent from the staffing company, and I did told her that my hu*****and got a job at TX, and I want to move to TX.(I know it is stupid to do that! and I thought she is very nice to me at that time.)
I filed the claim for UI, which was approved. Now, the staffing company has filed as appeal protesting the determination, and I got a appeal notification. (They said I quit the job for family relocation.)
(I also reported my relocation to DUA)
Do I need a counsel or an attorney? I am not sure what to do, as it is a contract job, I do not have something in paper.
