just leave. Why sue them?

I am software developer.

I was offered a job by a same kind of company. The company ask me to sign a contract that no social acitivities at all after work time amonge co-workers, and limited socials during lunch breaks. Everyone should be in his/her own office during working hours alone.

I do not like this. I did not go there even they provide a salary 20% above the market.
