In fact ,the owner is just the driver but this guy do not have a insurance for this vechile. Another thing is also weird ,it is turned out the alcohol level in this guy is normal!The cop also did not send a ticket for his behaviour of running away.Guss what, the surgant told me the jail is full now!

I can not get these things and had beteer just get the money back right now.I am tired.
