you can throw a person into jail

becuz they hit your house. He got a ticket, and your insurance company will likely to come after him to get some money. so this is enough punishment I suppose.

the jail is full.that;s why all the sex offenders are out and keep harming our innocent children. I stronly sympethetic on your situation. but I don't agree with you on keep guys who hit someone's house in jail. he will have to pay the price for whatever damage he made.

on the other hand, I agree that the system is pretty bad. while we cann't do anything about it except just issuing a ticket. when there is not much we can do about this kind of situation, i'd rather they throw all the small drug dealer out of jail and keep the sex offenders in jail forever.
