The formal policeman report will be available in the next 10 days.Right now, we just know he does not have vechile insurance and the trooper will tell us if he was drunk or not this afternoon.

We called our insurance company and are waitting for the appraisor from insurance company even it will proabley cost us more than $2,000 for deductiable.later on , we intend to push this drucken driver to pay the rest off even go to the court.

So any exprence about the small claims court will be greatly appreciated.
