My hu*****and is American, his exwife cheated on him and was caught on the spot, but she still got the son because she didn't do anything bad to the son. You can't let him know you want to devorce, or he will transfer the money first. Just go to the lawyer file for devorce and ask to freeze his bank account. So he can't transfer any money and have to wait for the decision of of court.
