In addition thereto, the atttorneys are to receive all costs and di*****ursements, including but not limited to, investigation expenses,expense for experts or other testimony or evidence, filing and service fees, and costs for stenographers and notes of testimony, expended by them in pursuit of any settlement or suit, the total of which can not exceed 20% of any gross sum obtained in the settlement.


If you don't set a limit, you might get nothing or worst yet, you may need to pay a lot of money to the lawyer at the end.
This way, you will get at least 55% of the settlement.
