It seems so important to consulte a expert on your issue ASAP. Your attorney will let you know if you have a case or not. It seems useless to expose your information in a public website and it may damage your case in the future lawsuit if you have a case.

What you should do right now:
1. write dowm what happen to you;
2. what kind of pain you have sufferred from the day your have sugery and since then;
3. what kind of worry you have, of which caused you to have being in depression, insomia or other psychetrical problem
4. To find a good attorney who handle melpractice case;
5. I am quite sure that your attorney will let you know if you have a case or not, and he will arrange all necessary evluation by verious expert, if you have a case.
